Personal Training is truly the best fit for a workout beginner. Sessions are 1 hour and are limited to only 1 client at a time. Brii takes the first session for each client and explains all machinery, proper form, as well as adjustments of the machines to ensure that you have the knowledge to start using the machines in between your training sessions for optimal results. Each session after that is customized towards helping each client target certain areas that they would like to build strength as well as pushing them to stay motivated and reach their goals.
