With up to 12 women per class, you’ll be part of a structured, high-energy environment where every workout is intentional and results-driven. With coaching, guidance, and a strong community around you, you’ll build strength, confidence, and consistency that actually lasts.

PERSONAL GROUP TRAINING WITH 3 LADIES MAX

This is where coaching meets customization. With only 3 women per session, you’ll receive the attention, structure, and accountability needed to actually see progress. Every workout is tailored, every movement is coached, and every session is designed to move you forward, so you’re not guessing, you’re improving.
