Group Training is a lot like Personal Training but in a group setting. Each Group lasts 1 hour and is approximately 10 women or less to ensure there is a more personal approach to fitness at Body by Brii. Upon joining Group Training, Brii will begin by walking you through a warm up and then will explain the stations provided each day. As the workout begins, it is Brii’s goal to concentrate on watching each clients form. modifying any exercise for any client, and encouraging each group to push past the limit their minds put on there body.
